Ric Padilla currently serves as the Vice President of corporate responsibility and sponsorships for Qwest Communications. Ric is responsible for cross functional leadership of all community and corporate relations activities for Qwest. He is responsible for coordinating all corporate giving and volunteer projects across the Qwest region. He also directs the work of the Qwest Foundation. Ric is also responsible for leading diversity initiatives throughout the company. This includes leading diversity efforts throughout all aspects of the business His company wide responsibilities include negotiation and activation of all major local and national sponsorship programs for the company. Examples include work with the Seattle Seahawks, Minnesota Vikings, Phoenix Suns, Colorado Rockies and other professional sports organizations. His scope also includes coordination of all mobile marketing activities for the company.
