A bi-annual event, the Next Generation Leadership Forum (NGLF) brings together the next generation of leaders. During its inaugural event last year, NGLF showcased the attendance of a distinguished group of young executives from across the region, including the participation of a four-star general and  former head of the U.S. Southern Command, and then-assistant to President Bush, presently the Undersecretary of Commerce.
