The Mexican president wants to seal a free trade agreement with the giant
During his visit to Brazil, Mexico's President Felipe Calderon expressed his interest in developing a strategic alliance between Mexico's Pemex and Brazil's Petrobras with the aim of increasing the parastatal Mexican oil company's production.
